Standard Clients

A standard client is someone seeking personalised technology support for their personal or home use, rather than for a business.

In-Home Support

$125/ph

Includes up to 15 minutes of free admin time and travel within a 10-minute drive. Travel over 10 minutes: $5 per additional 5 minutes (one-way only).

Admin & Research

$50/ph

This service covers all work completed outside of your appointment time that supports your technology needs. This may include:

  • Researching and comparing devices, plans or services on your behalf.
  • Troubleshooting or preparing solutions before an in-person visit. 
  • Setting up accounts, managing subscriptions or liaising with providers.
  • Handling product returns, warranties or order tracking.
  • Preparing written instructions or summaries tailored to you.

Product Setup or Installation

$125/ph

Cost-Saving Reviews

We assess your bills and services to uncover hidden savings. You pay only for the admin time and a percentage of what we save you. 


*Admin fee + 20% of the first year’s savings and 30% if annual savings exceed $2,000. 

Emergency Support

$200/ph

Priority same-day or after-hours support for urgent issues. A surcharge applies if immediate rescheduling or overtime is required. 

 

Includes a $75 surcharge for urgent, same-day or after-hours bookings. 


Additional $100 if another client must be rescheduled.

Overtime Billing

Charged in 15-minute blocks at $31.25 if a session runs over time.

Professional tech support delivered at your location or via secure remote access. Ideal for setup, troubleshooting, training, or systems maintenance. 

Admin & Research

$100/ph

Behind-the-scenes work such as sourcing products, liaising with providers, preparing setups, or handling technical admin on your behalf.

Device Pre-Deployment

We prepare your device for immediate use including setup, updates, accounts and software, so it's ready to go when delivered or installed. 


 Get on-site set up plus 15% of item cost for configuration.

Emergency Support

$250/ph

Priority same-day or after-hours support for urgent issues. A surcharge applies if immediate rescheduling or overtime is required. 


Includes a $100 surcharge for urgent, same-day or after-hours bookings. 


Additional $150 if another client must be rescheduled.

Overtime Billing
